Abstract

Research by Idria Maita, Sapri Akmal, Engineering Journal and Information Systems Management with the title Information Technology Governance Analysis With ITIL V3 Service Operation Best Practice provides management guidelines based on the Best Practice ITILV3 Service Operation. In this discussion explained that ITIL has stages in the process of making IT service design, namely the stages of Service Design. In ITIL Service Design contains the principles and design methods to convert the strategic goals of IT and business organizations into IT portfolio / collection services. To be able to solve problems in IT operational services, it needs to be made is service design and a service agreement. The service agreement in ITIL Service Design is called a Service Level agreement or abbreviated as SLA.


Evaluation of information service management using the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) aims to provide good quality services that influence IT Service Management (ITSM). ITIL which is currently used in service standardization is ITIL version 3. The design of ITSM governance includes the design process and organizational design. The design process consists of coordination design, service catalog management, and service level management. The results of this study are literature studies which aim to formulate information technology service governance strategies using ITIL v3 on Service Level Agreement services.
